Coconut
Coconut, or coconut (Cocus nocifera), is a food rich in beneficial properties for health. The inhabitants of the Pacific islands consider it a real cure for health and the coconut palm is nicknamed "Tree of Life".

Coconut is considered a beneficial food in particular because of its mineral content. In fact, coconut is an important source of potassium, but it also contains other minerals such as magnesium, copper, phosphorus, zinc and iron.
Contains natural sugars, plant fibers and amino acids. It is also a source of some vitamins, with particular reference to B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K.
